Photographically Preserving Utah's Treasures Before Time Takes Them From Us
NINE MILE CANYON
Nine Mile Canyon is often referred to as the World's Longest Art Gallery and is approximately 2.5 hours from Salt Lake City. The canyon is accessed from the small communities of either Wellington, UT, approximately 8 miles south or Price Utah, or from Myton, UT if coming from the north.  The most common access to the canyon is from Wellington, on Utah Hwy 191, turning East onto Soldier Creek Road which become Nine Mile Canyon.  Though named Nine Mile Canyon, the canyon extends for more than 45 miles to the east.  As of May 2020, the road was in excellent condition with relatively new pavement.   (More to come)
The Great Hunt panel is near the top of Nine Mile Canyon,
45.9 miles from the Hwy 191 junction in Wellington, Ut.
